Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous 48 states, extra shipping charges apply outside the contiguous 48 states. Extra charges may also apply for oversized items.
Products ordered from Monday to Thursday can usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. For products ordered on Friday, the latest shipping completion date will be on Monday. After shipping, the estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major carriers, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Furniture items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
Oversized items will take longer to arrive. Small parcel items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or the US Territories will take longer to arrive. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Surcharges
Additional charges may apply for large, bulky, or oversized items. Oversize charges are noted on the product page of the item on our website. These items are only available to ship to addresses in the contiguous 48 states and may require truck delivery. Oversized items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
Oversize items will arrive in approximately 1-2 weeks from the shipping date. Express shipping is not available on oversized items. The delivery agent will call in advance to schedule an appointment. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 8 am-5 pm with a 4-hour delivery window.

Our delivery service is currently only available to locations within the continental United States.
Overseas Territories are excluded. Shipping to the following states and territories is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
Express orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses or addresses outside the 48 contiguous states, Express delivery is not available on furniture or oversized items. Please contact us for details.
