Shipping & delivery
Delivery rules for furniture, home office pieces and other physical products sold through the Aboen United States storefront.
Where we ship
Aboen is currently structured for United States orders. The checkout should only accept destinations that the configured warehouse and carrier rules can actually serve.
- Large furniture items may not be deliverable to every ZIP code, PO box, APO/FPO address, remote area or building with access restrictions.
- If a destination cannot be served, the order should be blocked before payment or cancelled with no payment captured.
- International shipping, cross-border duties and local import taxes are not enabled for the US storefront unless a future country site explicitly supports them.
Order processing
Orders are reviewed for payment status, inventory availability, address quality and fulfillment readiness before shipment is created.
- In-stock parcel items may ship separately from large furniture items.
- Made-to-order, pre-order or backordered items should display their own estimated readiness window on the product or checkout page.
- If inventory becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Aboen may cancel the affected item and issue the applicable refund.
Delivery methods
The available delivery method depends on product size, weight, warehouse location and carrier support. The final method and cost should be calculated at checkout from the live logistics configuration.
- Parcel delivery for smaller home goods and accessories.
- Threshold or curbside delivery for selected furniture when supported by the carrier.
- Room-of-choice or white-glove delivery only when explicitly offered during checkout.
Large item appointments
Furniture deliveries may require a scheduled appointment. Customers are responsible for providing an accessible delivery address and being available during the confirmed appointment window.
- Measure elevators, stairways, doorways, hallways and room access before delivery.
- Clear the delivery path and secure pets, fragile items and building permissions.
- Missed appointments, unsafe access or refused delivery may create additional carrier charges.
Inspection on delivery
Furniture should be inspected when delivered. If packaging or the item appears damaged, the customer should document the issue before disposal of packaging.
- Photograph the outer carton, product damage, shipping label and any missing hardware.
- Report damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items as soon as possible and no later than 3 calendar days after delivery.
- Keep all packaging until the support team confirms the next step.
Shipping fees
Shipping fees, delivery upgrades, remote-area charges, missed appointment fees and return pickup fees may vary by order. The customer should rely on the final checkout total and post-order support confirmation.
- Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by Aboen error or confirmed product defect.
- Promotional free shipping may exclude oversized, remote-area or special-handling furniture.
- Tax is calculated according to the shipping destination and applicable rules.
Delays and split shipments
Aboen may ship items separately when it improves delivery speed or when products come from different fulfillment flows. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless the checkout explicitly provides a guaranteed delivery service.
- Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, inventory audits and building restrictions can delay delivery.
- If a delivery cannot be completed, support should update the order record and help reschedule or cancel the affected item.
Title and risk of loss
Risk of loss generally transfers when the carrier confirms delivery to the address supplied by the customer, subject to applicable consumer protection law and any delivery service terms shown at checkout.
