Warranty

Limited warranty structure for furniture and home goods sold through the Aboen US storefront.

Last updated: July 18, 2026Aboen United States
This policy applies to purchases made through the Aboen United States storefront at aboen.com.

Limited warranty period

Unless a product page or written warranty states a different period, Aboen provides a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date for residential use by the original purchaser.

  • Warranty coverage is tied to the original order record.
  • Commercial, rental, staging, hospitality or institutional use is excluded unless a product-specific warranty says otherwise.
  • Replacement parts or repaired products do not restart the warranty period unless required by law.

What is covered

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

  • Structural defects in frames, joints or major hardware.
  • Manufacturing issues that prevent normal product function.
  • Missing or incorrect parts reported promptly after delivery.

What is not covered

Normal wear and customer-caused damage are not warranty defects.

  • Scratches, stains, burns, fading, pilling, fabric stretching, cushion softening or finish variation from normal use.
  • Damage from improper assembly, moving, storage, cleaning, humidity, pets, children, accidents or misuse.
  • Natural variation in wood grain, leather, stone, rattan, fabric color or other materials.
  • Products sold as final sale, clearance, open-box or floor model except where required by law.

How to file a claim

The customer should contact support with the order number, product name, issue description and clear photos or video.

  • Photos should show the full product, close-up issue, label or SKU if available, and any relevant packaging.
  • Aboen may request additional information or inspection before approving a remedy.
  • Claims without a matching order record may be denied.

Available remedies

If Aboen confirms a covered defect, Aboen may provide replacement parts, repair, replacement, exchange, store credit or refund depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

  • Aboen may choose the reasonable remedy allowed by applicable law.
  • If the item is discontinued, a comparable remedy may be offered.
  • Transportation or pickup may require scheduling for large furniture.

Product safety and recalls

Product safety questions, urgent hazards and official recall notices are handled separately from ordinary warranty claims. If a customer believes a product is unsafe, the customer should stop using the item and contact support with order and product details.

  • Support should record the order number, product name, SKU or label, photos, issue description and whether anyone was injured.
  • If a recall, manufacturer instruction or safety notice applies, Aboen should follow the required remedy and customer communication process.
  • Warranty exclusions do not limit rights or remedies that apply under product safety or consumer protection law.

Care requirements

Customers are responsible for using products according to assembly instructions, care instructions and reasonable residential furniture use.

  • Use recommended cleaning methods only.
  • Keep furniture away from excessive moisture, heat, direct sun exposure or unstable surfaces when applicable.
  • Retain hardware and assembly instructions for future service.

Legal rights

This limited warranty gives customers specific rights. Customers may have additional rights under federal, state or local law that cannot be excluded.
