Terms of service
Terms governing customer use of the Aboen United States storefront.
Acceptance of terms
By using the Aboen storefront, creating an account, placing an order or using customer services, the customer agrees to these terms and the policies linked from the site.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting account credentials.
- Aboen may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse or policy violations.
- Customers should promptly update email, shipping address and phone information before ordering.
Product information
Product descriptions, dimensions, colors, availability, images and pricing are provided from the live catalog. Aboen works to keep information accurate, but errors can occur.
- Natural material variation in wood, leather, stone, fabric, rattan and other materials is not a product error.
- Color may vary by screen, lighting and production batch.
- Aboen may correct pricing, inventory, image or description errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation means the order request was received. Aboen accepts the order when payment is approved and the order is released for fulfillment.
- Aboen may cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory shortage, address issues, pricing mistakes or unsupported delivery destination.
- If an order is cancelled before fulfillment, the applicable authorization should be voided or refunded according to the payment provider process.
- Aboen may limit quantities or refuse orders that appear to be for resale or misuse.
Payment, taxes and promotions
Payment is processed through configured providers. Taxes, shipping and discounts are calculated according to checkout rules and applicable law.
- Coupons, discounts and promotions may have eligibility rules, expiration dates, exclusions and one-use limits.
- Promotional errors may be corrected before order acceptance.
- Gift cards, memberships, subscriptions or store credit may have separate activation, redemption and refund rules.
Gift cards, memberships and subscriptions
If gift cards, memberships, subscriptions, recharge cards or store credit are enabled, their balance, renewal, expiration, cancellation and refund behavior should be shown before purchase or activation.
- Digital value products should not be treated like standard shippable furniture returns after they are issued, redeemed or used.
- Subscription or membership billing must clearly show renewal terms, cancellation path and benefits before the customer is charged.
- Store credit, promotional credit and gift card value may be subject to different legal rules and should be tracked separately from cash refunds.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping, return and warranty rights are governed by the applicable Aboen policies shown on the storefront and by any product-specific terms shown before purchase.
- Large furniture may require delivery appointments and access requirements.
- Return eligibility depends on product type, timing, condition and authorization.
- Warranty remedies depend on confirmed defect status and product availability.
User content and reviews
If reviews, photos or other customer content are enabled, customers must submit truthful, lawful content and must own or have the right to share it.
- Aboen may moderate content that is abusive, false, spam, private, infringing or unrelated to the product.
- Customer-submitted content may be used to operate the storefront and improve product information, subject to privacy law.
Prohibited conduct
Customers may not misuse the storefront, interfere with security, scrape data at scale, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or abuse promotions, returns or payment disputes.
Third-party services
The storefront may link to or rely on payment providers, carriers, analytics tools and other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability and legal requirements
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aboen is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the storefront or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
